Modelleria Daffini produces foundry cores characterized by high quality.
We are proud to offer to our customers complete advice on the material and production process that best fits their needs.

For the production of cores, use the following methods:

• manual production;
• ashland (cold process "cold-box"): that uses different machineries to compact the mixture;
• shell-molding (hot process "hot-box"): that uses a machinery to compact raw materials and additives;
• production through the insufflation of carbon dioxide, gas that guarantees the hardening of the raw material;

Among our services we also offer:

• regeneration of worn-out foundry core by replacing the most damaged parts
• modification of existing foundry core to meet new production needs.
